Maintenance Division

The maintenance division conducts preventive maintenance for HVAC, MEP and FF/FA systems to eliminate the faults or breaking down of an equipment or installation that could affect the operation of the whole system, and to provide the availability of needed equipment, utilities and associated facilities on time if faults arise.

This division also reports the status and capability of an equipment or installation to ensure its good condition as well as the safety of well-being and environmental protection.
